i just ordered from you , how long until i receive my package?

on average each package will take 7-10 buisness days to recieve. 

how long does it take to make a piece?

each piece from start to finish takes around 3 weeks. they are hand built, slowly dried, sponged and then hand painted before firing. each step takes days to complete.

are they microwave and dishwasher safe?

in order to preserve the quality of each piece i reccomend hand washing and limiting time in the microwave. 
however, i've never had a problem putting them in the top rack of the dishwasher.

what if my order arrives broken?

each order is packaged to ensure the safe arrivals of your orders. in the unlikely case of your order arriving damaged please email [email protected] with pictures. a return shipping label will be sent to you and your order will be replaced.

do you accept returns or refunds?

no, pieces cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

i live locally and I wondered if i can pick my piece up instead of having it shipped?

yes! type in the discount code 'LOCALORDER' and it will void any shipping charges. you can then email rio[email protected] to arrange a time for pickup!
